TD Bank was a multi-year transformation project to change the online account opening flow into an omnichannel experience. We started with research and testing on how to improve the current flow. We uncovered an opportunity to increase the conversion rate of site visitors into customers at a low cost of entry as a proof-of-concept. We succeed in this by reducing the number of steps from 11 to 3 and elevating the experience to a more humanized and welcoming one with in-line error checking, integrated help, and more friendly language. Following this success, we expanded from the US into Canada, developing a design system, roadmap, and proven methodology for producing an omnichannel experience that included all TD Bank’s products and services.
FidSafe was a pivot strategy and relaunch of an online storage application for Fidelity customers to save, access, and share their most important financial documents.
An application with dashboard created to integrate enterprise-level Risk & Compliance reporting into a central point for senior executives.
Product enhancements and new features for the company’s equities trading platform dashboard that included social media integrations and TV displays.
Through executive-level design thinking workshops, a prototype was created as a proof-of-concept to showcase future capabilities for prospective clients.
